Management Accountant

Our client, a prestigious and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on managing both client and office account cashiering as well as accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing office and client bank reconciliations
• Preparing client receipts and processing electronic payments
• Banking cheques and managing credit card postings and reconciliations
• Processing and reviewing invoices
• Supporting working capital management, including write-offs, disbursements, and credit note requests
• Processing supplier invoices and payments
• Handling expense claims and payments
• Addressing finance-related queries
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of financial reports, including costs and residual balances
• Ensuring efficient processing of high-volume disbursements

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Cashier
• Strong proficiency in Excel and legal accounting software
• Up-to-date knowledge of VAT, SAR, and AML procedures
• A flexible, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
