About the Role
Harper May is exclusively partnering with a prominent real estate company based in Central London. They are currently seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join their Finance team. This company is a leader in the real estate sector and is poised for rapid expansion.
The selected candidate will be responsible for several key processes within the Finance team, playing a crucial role in propelling the business forward to achieve their ambitious growth goals.
Key responsibilities:

Manage debt compliance.

Manage debt drawdowns and repayments.

Interface on a day to day basis with lenders.

Designing and implementing processes around all aspects of debt.

Work closely with the business around drawdown timings and supplier payments.

Work closely with Corporate Finance on transferring any new pieces of debt to your area.

Working closely with Regional Financial Controllers on accounting for the debt and hedges.

Analysis of debt/funding requirements.

Ad-hoc support for group treasurer.
Qualifications and experience

4+ Years of Debt compliance experience

Experience managing Debt drawdowns.

Qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA or similar.

Experience working with international business in relation to debt compliance and drawdowns.

Business Partnering experience in relation to debt funding requirements of departments.

Good analytical skills and experience in handling large volume of data

The ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment is a must.

Problem solving, provide recommendations and solutions to short- and long term challenges
