About the Role
Harper May is working with a founder-led property and construction business backed by institutional capital. The firm has delivered over £800m in completed schemes across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, and is now consolidating its platform ahead of a significant acceleration in pipeline. - Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning to support investment and funding decisions
- Oversee statutory reporting, external audit, tax compliance, and regulatory submissions
- Build and mentor the finance team, embedding processes and reporting standards as the business scales
