Meet Our Recruiter
About the Role

- Deliver monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and three-year forecasts to the Board
- Own balance sheet management, working capital, and tax efficiency across the group
- Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Track record of leading finance teams and building scalable processes
- Strong technical accounting skills combined with commercial and project-level financial management
- Experience managing relationships with institutional investors, debt providers, and development partners
- Board-level presence and confidence in presenting financial strategy to non-finance stakeholders
