About Profile
- A highly experienced Finance Director with over 17 years of expertise, specialising in the energy sector.
- Board-level position as the leader of the Finance function, tasked with directing all key accounting, reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), treasury, FX, tax, and M&A activities.
- Oversee a team across locations, with direct reports.
- Deliver management and board reports to strict deadlines.
- Update budget and long-term plan assumptions for local operations, coordinating and challenging business assumptions on capital projects.
- Responsible for financial analysis for investment and divestment decisions, advising on credit risk management activities across the business.
- Lead review and approval processes for FX policies, JV financing, accounting/finance policies, and utilisation of tax losses.
- Take ownership of statutory audits for several entities.
- Responsible for capital and financing structure planning and presentation to senior Group leadership, as well as presenting long-term plans and budgets to senior Group leadership.
- Actively participate in Board of Director meetings of JVs and affiliates.
