A brilliant opportunity has come up for a skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join the finance team of a successful and well known restaurant chain. The chain started in the UK and due to their success they are now expanding into Europe and the USA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and skilled individual to join the finance team of a prestigious company at their head office in the West End.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and overseeing payroll for a high volume of employees (up to 1000 employees)
- Processing fortnightly, monthly, and year end payroll
- Taking care of joiners and leavers processes
- Being the first point of contact for salary, payroll and benefit queries
- Managing the payroll team
Desired Skills and Experience
- A hardworking individual who is able to work in a team
- Highly-motivated and pro-active self starter with strong leadership skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication and people skills
- Managerial experience is highly desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc)
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a payroll position
- Experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industries is desirable
