Job Description

My client is a leader in the retail industry that aims to continue their rapid growth. The company has recently had an investment and the company is set to go through a lot of positive changes. My client is looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their central London office with an immediate start date. In an industry where there is endless amount of opportunity, our client is looking for someone who is eager and excited to be joining such a fast paced & vibrant organisation where they have the chance to gain valuable knowledge.

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with the management teams

  • Building strong relationships with international suppliers

  • Cash flow management

  • Ensuring all invoices are correct & managing reconciliation

  • Assisting with month end duties, including prepayments and variance analysis

  • Processing a high volume of payment runs

  • Dealing with customer enquiries


  • Great communication skills

  • Part qualified ACCA or CIMA

  • 3 years experience in retail

  • Immediately available

  • Excessive use of systems such as SAP, SAGE & Excel

  • Excited to come in and make a difference

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
