A leading global professional services company that provides management consultancy to some of the largest FTSE 100 companies is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join their headquarters located in Victoria.
As Head of Finance, the successful candidate will have ownership of finance as well as strategic oversight and control over growth plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing 8 members of staff
- Business partnering with different partners to ensure the integrity of the brand and consolidate growth
- Providing the analysis surrounding large projects and contracts
- Setting and monitoring company KPI's and providing extensive analysis
- Creating extensive rolling forecasting models
- Implementing and maintaining first class systems and controls
- Full control of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting functions
Desired Skills and Experience
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Highly motivated and pro-active self starter
- Prior management consultancy/professional services experience is essential
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Previous experience of managing and developing staff
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent Excel skills
