One of the UK's leading events businesses is currently seeing a proactive and energetic Financial Controller to lead the team at their UK HQ. The company currently operates across Europe and has global expansion plans in the next 3-5 years. EU experience would be beneficial as well as team management experience. The business run and manage a range of events from corporate galas to leading industry expos - a great opportunity for someone looking to move away from a typical office 9-5!
Reporting into the CFO, this job will involve:
- Accounting for, monitoring, reporting and forecasting on current projects
- Developing processes and driving positive change within systems
- Supporting the projects across EU
- Varied, operational business partnering direct with clients
- Management & Financial Accounting activities
About you:
- Qualified Accountant with 4 years minimum PQE (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Degree educated
- Must of managed a team of 3+
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables & Formulas)
- SAP experience preferred
