Harper May is working with a luxury hotel group who are actively seeking a Finance Manager based in Wembley, North West London. The group has seen year on year growth and now have ambitious plans to expand thier number of sites over the next year. This role will be very technically focused, with a scope to grow within a rapidly expanding business.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and have come from a luxury hotel/restaurant background.
- Reporting to the CFO
- Reviewing the P & L monthly
- Ownership of the balance sheet
- Overseeing the hotel annual budget preparation and forecasting
- Reporting on the groups consolidated accounts
- Reporting on group revenue
- VAT returns
- Producing annual statutory accounts
- Audit preparation
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Professional approach to work ethics
- Previous experience within Leisure / Hospitality / Restaurants sector is a distinct advantage.
