Job Description

Harper May is working exclusively with an industry leading modeling agency. This company boasts an impressive, diverse portfolio of models ranging from newcomers to the scene to some of the biggest and most sought after names in the industry. This connection to the stars of the industry means that the company is involved in numerous multi-million pound deals on the various projects they are involved in. The company is now looking to bring in a new Finance Director to provide leadership to the growing finance function within the business, and work closely with the CFO to help drive the business forward in the future.

  • Leading, developing and expanding the finance team
  • Complete oversight of the day-today running of finance
  • Business partnering closely with the Marketing Director and other senior stakeholders to ensure the group hits its strategic milestones
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process
  • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for new territories
  • Offering key strategic advice and analysis in relation to international expansion and effective growth strategy

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fully qualified ACA would be advantageous
  • Have an interest Fashion
  • Must have extensive experience in leading and developing finance functions
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Previous experience of managing and developing staff
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Able to travel to Paris and Milan once a month.
