Job Description
Our client is looking for a recently qualified finance analyst to join the Finance department of the UK's fastest growing retail start ups. Founded in 2016, the company has seen YoY growth and now turns over £20m annually. The ideal candidate will be dynamic with bags of personality and MUST be recently ACA QUALIFIED.
Main Responsibilities:
- Producing and analysing monthly Management accounts
- Generating annual budgets and forecasts
- Completing monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Completing audit files and managing external audit process
- Monitoring cash flows and forecasting monthly
- Enhancing current board reporting
- Assisting with internal controls/reviews/testing
- Improving existing process/systems
- Supporting the FD with ad hoc objects
Key Requirements:
- MUST be ACA qualified
- Degree educated
- Previous experience either in retail or having audited within retail sector
- Good communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ability to form relationships with people of all levels in the firm
