Primary responsibilities as Senior Customer Success Manager:
- Own and manage account relationships
- Manage services delivery to SLAs
- Service review calls and meetings
- Documenting and reporting client feedback
- Acting as an escalation point for service issues
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures for account management
- Aid cross-selling and co-ordination with sales teams Required skills and experience for Senior Customer Success Manager
- Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Financial services / FinTech sector experience
- Organised and disciplined
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Experience working within financial services / fintech
- Experience within a sales type role before
