Job Description


Harper May is currently working with a high growth facilities management organisation based in Bank. Since inception in 2003 the company has won numerous industry awards and has an executive list of clients in the city. My client is currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to lead their team. This is a senior management position and will hold responsibility for providing both financial support and analysis in all commercial decisions. The successful candidate will prior client facing contract experience and must be fully qualified.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to provide commercial support on new business opportunities
  • Drive Instant's client-facing commercial model and provide advice on how to achieve / over-achieve commercial targets
  • Financial modeling - conduct all types of financial analysis (Cash flow, P&L, NPV etc) to support real estate transactions (lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals & renegotiations, provisions calculations, etc.)
  • Portfolio and Benchmarking analysis - understanding and presenting through dynamic dashboards a client's portfolio performance and advise on savings opportunities Scenario analysis and sensitivity testing Bespoke model creations to support the Business Development team in advising the client on their real estate strategy

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must be fully qualified
  • Prior facilities management experience is beneficial
  • Prior bid modelling/tendering experience is essential
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent Excel skills
