Harper May is currently working with a leading retail group based in South West London. Specialising in a range of items from clothing to shoes and accessories, they now operate throughout the UK and also have stores internationally. Following on from a recent growth phase, my client is now seeking a Finance Transactions Manager to join them and take control of their transactional team. The successful candidate will have retail experience and will have a few years experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing over a team of 10
- Dealing with AP and AR duties
- Dealing with 6000 suppliers
- Processing 7000-8000 invoices a month
- Managing supplier relationships
- KPI reporting on team performance
- Training new staff
- Ensuring new purchase order system is rolled out efficiently
- Assisting MD with any ad hoc tasks
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the retail industry
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- An ambitious and pro active self starter
- A few years experience in a similar role would be beneficial
