About Profile

  • A seasoned Finance Director with over 20 years of expertise in leadership roles, specialising in the consumer products sector.
  • Manage a team of direct reports based internationally and locally, responsible for overseeing all transactional finance and reporting functions.
  • Conduct financial modelling to support the successful Series A fundraising and facilitate due diligence for a debt round. Subsequently, manage a debt/equity raise in 2023.
  • Lead M&A efforts, collaborating with the CEO to acquire two international subsidiaries and oversee the administration of a UK subsidiary, including asset buyout, as part of our buy-and-build strategy.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting activities across the Group.
  • Act as a business partner to business leads, reviewing department performance, objectives, and targets.
  • Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
