About the Role
Harper May is working exclusively with one of the UK's leading real estate groups. They are currently seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their Finance team based in Central London. Over the past year, the company has seen significant growth and within a captivating market, this company's achievements have earned them a prominent reputation.
The selected candidate will be based at the company's headquarters in Central London and will work closely with the FP&A Director to support the growth and development of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of monthly reporting

Ensuring variances to forecast and budget for both financial and non-financial information is fully described and understood

Lead consolidated cash flow forecast reviews

Manage and present quarterly business reviews

Co-ordinate and complete the annual budget process including supporting and challenging stakeholders and reporting back to senior management

Build and lead the forecast process for the group allowing accurate trend analysis

Working closely with commercial finance teams around the business

Develop and automate reports

Consolidation of group FP&A pack.

Prepare MI pack

Prepare FP&A monthly analysis and commentary

Develop new dashboards and KPI metrics.

Support debt and equity fund raising.

Support the FP&A Director in any FP&A activities the group requires.

Support the wider business with FP&A analysis.

Work closely with Finance Business partners to ensure accuracy of group related FP&A planning.
Qualifications and experience:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

5+ years of PQE FP&A experience
-
Broad experience in financial departments with understanding of monthend process and management reporting experience

Proven experience in working in a commercial environment including business partnering with financial and non-financial stakeholders

Experience partnering with senior staff

Excellent written and oral communication skills
